Due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations and imperfections in some items. We believe this is one of the beautiful things about owning a handmade item.
Mini Famous is not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping. Please be advised that until there is proof that we have received your merchandise, it is your property. For your protection, we suggest you send your return via Federal Express, UPS or by US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purpose.
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM CST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and usually ship within 3-5 business day pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 12 PM CST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM CST will begin processing on the following Monday. I will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if I need additional identification provided for credit verification. I do not offer Saturday delivery.
We ship via USPS and Fedex.
Mini Famous is not responsible for stolen packages that are delivered to the shipping address provided, or for packages delayed or lost by the shipping carrier.
